Hey all,
My name is Max Rield, the founder of CyrusHub. This is a letter that I
always thought I wasn't going to write. There's a lot of things I want
to address, but in short:
Goodbye.
CyrusHub has been apart of a good chunk of my life, and is responsible for a lot of the things I do. I learned how to develop and design websites and applications through CyrusHub. I was able to work with amazing people all across the world. And it gave me a chance to help people in so many different ways.

To our community:
We want to start this off with all of you: our awesome (to say the
least) CyrusHub Community.
Since 2017, we've seen our community grow to over 28 thousand Twitter
followers and hundreds of thousands of users. Where CyrusHub has gone is all because of you:
because of your support. And we cannot thank you enough for that.
Seriously, thank you — for everything and more.
When CyrusHub was originally Cyrus Installer (how the times have changed!), we sought to create a small installer that was three things: simple, fast, and ad-free. And that ideology has remained with us with CyrusHub: the best place to get apps from all of the amazing third-party app sources.

To our sources:
We couldn't have done it without you. CyrusHub isn't a hub without the awesome people that work at these sources to make sure you get your apps.Give them a follow, and download their apps! We're sure you'll love them.

To our team:
I personally would like to thank a few fantastic people for being a part of this incredible journey.
- Hideaki Nakatani, one of the first people to be apart of this idea
- Deeptronos, the co-founder of CyrusHub
- Rhett, an amazing developer
- Orange_Themes, an incredible designer
Words aren't enough to describe how much I appreciate everything
you've done for me, CyrusHub, and the community. As a team that
operated remote and international for years, I'm fortunate to have the
opportunity to work with you.
If I forgot your name, please know that I'm just as appreciative towards your help and contributions to CyrusHub.

So what happened?
Let's look at a few tweets:
updates soon! it’s been busy once again, but don’t worry, we’re still here!

andddd we’re back up! updates soon :)

Time to break the silence.

9 months ago, we unveiled a first look at the latest CyrusHub update. We also showed CyrusHub for Web, a brand new site for offline IPAs and even QR code installation.
Then we went dark. For like a bit.
If you've been paying attention to the whole "App Store alternative"
scene, you'll know that it's been getting harder to do this kind of
stuff. Apple's just making things harder, and that's how it's always
been.
But irregardless of that, we have groups working night and day to make
awesome ways for you to get your apps. As for us?
Our lives happened.
Every one of us got busy with our own lives, obligations, and just being who we are. Our personal lives take up more time, and thus, the amount of time that goes to CyrusHub, decreases. This doesn't mean we don't want to work on CyrusHub — we're just unable to.
All good things must come to an end — that's the beauty of it all. We've worked on CyrusHub for around five years: a huge amount of time, and an incredible journey at that. We're happy to see CyrusHub where it is today, and we're excited for what comes next for us.
What next?
@CyrusHubApp will remain up and running, but we're not sure what we'll do with CyrusHub and CyrusHub for Web. If you're an invested and aspiring individual that wants to continue CyrusHub, I'd love to hear from you. I'd love for you to have the same opportunities that CyrusHub gave me and so many others.
As for all of us, we're excited for what the future brings, whatever it may be. Once again, thank you for everything.
